    Lisanssız Elektrik Üretimi Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik
    Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurulu tarafından üzerinde değiklik yapılan "Elektrik Piyasasında Lisanssız Elektrik Üretimine İlişkin Yönetmelik" 22 Ekim 2016 tarih, 29865 sayı ileresmi gazetede yayınlanarak yürürlüğe girmiştir. Yeni yönetmelikle beraber onay aşamsında beklemekte olan projeler için ekstra 270 günlük süreye ilave olarak 90 gün daha süre uzatımı hakkı doğmuştur.
